We've included prices below as a guide only as every dog has their own price based on coat type, style and behaviour. We don't believe in nasty surprises. All dogs are assessed and quoted for on arrival, and every appointment is for a full groom unless requested otherwise. A full groom includes bathing with organic shampoo, breed specific drying, nails, ear and eye cleaning, hygiene clipping and a general health check. Additional charges may apply where de-matting is required or bad behaviour causes delay.

In terms of de-matting we adhere to the Animal Welfare Act and this means de-matting can’t always be done. Your dog’s wellbeing must always come first and therefore if the dog is not comfortable with de-matting then there is no other choice than to clip the coat short. It is the owner’s duty of care towards their dog to maintain the coat between grooming appointments. We will only clip off to prevent unnecessary suffering to your pet.
